1. Returns and Exchanges
a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Product Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
Please Note: Certain products, due to health and hygiene reasons, are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:
- Opened or used supplements, skincare, and other personal care items
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please refer to Section 2 for more information on defective item returns.
b. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to care@sakhiveda.in with your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to return the product and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
c. Return Shipping Address
Please return items to the address provided in the return instructions email. Unauthorized returns sent to other addresses will not be processed.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange for the faulty product.
Please include:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
We will either:
- Provide a full refund for the product
- Offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability)
- Provide a store credit for future purchases
We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.
3. Refunds
a. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items that are opened, used, or not in original condition).
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or Used Health Supplements
- Used or Opened Skincare or Personal Care Products
- Specially marked non-returnable items
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return procedure and specify your preferred exchange item in your return request.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may still return the product for a refund or exchange as per the terms of this policy.
