Currency & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), and all payments are processed in INR. SakhiVeda accepts payments via Razorpay. Please do not share credit card details over email, as it is not a secure communication method.
Shipping Within India
We use trusted ground courier services for deliveries within India. Shipping timelines typically range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on your state or area. Some PIN codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).

All Prepaid Orders will get Free Delivery
Please note: We currently do not ship internationally. However, orders can be delivered to any valid address within India.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product, please register a complaint immediately at care@sakhiveda.com. Only one replacement or return is allowed per order. We advise customers not to accept any visibly damaged or tampered packages.
Offers & Promotions
To redeem a promotional offer:

Log into your account and enter the promo code at checkout.

Offer codes are case-sensitive and must be used exactly as provided.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can track your order from your account page or through the link in the footer of our website.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them. To request cancellation, contact us at care@sakhiveda.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
SakhiVeda-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to:

Pricing or product information errors

Incomplete or incorrect address

Delivery to non-serviceable locations
We may also contact you for additional verification if required. If your order is cancelled post-payment, a full refund will be initiated and may take up to 15 business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds & Loyalty Points

If a discount code or loyalty points were used for a cancelled order, the voucher will not be reissued, but loyalty points will be credited back to your account.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days for prepaid orders. For wallet refunds, credit may reflect within 24 hours.
Maximum Purchase Policy
All SakhiVeda products and offers are for personal use only. Some items may have a maximum purchase limit. Repeat purchases exceeding this limit within a two-week window may be restricted or cancelled. Reselling our products is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
